Changes and Events in the works

We are coming into summer and that means a lot for this ministry. High School Seniors have graduated and will be moving up into the Bridge. We want to take time during the summer to have events so everyone can get to know each other.

First things first: Bridge Service

We are hopefully switching the night of our weekly bridge service in order to better accommodate the young adults in the church. Hopefully this will also set us up to be able to thrive in our ministry as we take on some new direction. The new day and time is not final but looks like it will either be on Saturday evening or Thursday. We might also start out every other week initially. As soon as anything is final you will find out here.

Second: onething

We want to attend the onething: Regional Conference in Wilmington Ohio. Aug 19-20.  We will be posting more info very soon to organize this and are very excited to have an event like this so close to home.  We want to partner with some other young adult groups from churches in Ohio and make a trip out there.

Third: Cedar Point Trip

Cedar point has the best coasters in the universe, hands down.  We are planning a trip in at the end of June or sometime in July. Stay Posted.

Fourth: Leadership Team

Its crazy to think that we have been rolling for over a year now and Kim and I are very excited to go to the next place in this ministry. We need help and support so please talk to one of us or send us a message or text if you are at all interested in being in leadership.  We aren’t trying to load a bunch of time consuming not so fun work on anyone’s plate. Kim and I will do that stuff. We want ideas, perspective, variety, creativity and support. We believe this ministry is way too important to just let it be the way it is.  I love what it has been but want to see it grow into something even more effective in our lives.
